About Opal

Built for the way advertising businesses actually spend

Advertising teams move significant amounts of money through platforms every day.

But most financial tools were not built around the realities of media buying: large budgets, multiple clients and campaigns, fast-moving spend, and complex reconciliation.

Opal was built specifically for that environment.
We give agencies, media buyers, and brands a better way to manage advertising spend with purpose-built cards, controls, visibility, and rewards.

The financial infrastructure behind high-volume ad spend

Opal helps advertisers & businesses manage the financial side of media buying without forcing their workflows into generic corporate card software.

Built from firsthand experience

Opal started with a problem our founder experienced while running a media buying business.

As advertising volume grew, traditional credit products did not scale with the amount of media being managed.

At the same time, shared cards and fragmented transaction data made it harder to understand which spend belonged to which client or campaign.

That experience shaped Opal around a simple idea:

Advertising spend deserves financial infrastructure built specifically for it.

Today, that principle still guides the product.

What we believe

Credit should support growth

Advertising businesses should not be constrained by financial tools that fail to reflect how much media they manage.

Spend should be organized at the source

Separating spend by client, campaign, or platform should happen when the transaction is made, not during reconciliation weeks later.

Finance teams should have visibility without slowing media teams down

Controls and oversight should make advertising operations easier, not introduce another bottleneck.

Rewards should be simple

Eligible advertising spend can earn up to 1.5% cashback, with no points system to manage.
