1. Opal partners with CapitalOS and First Internet Bank of Indiana, Member FDIC, for the Opal Card. The Opal Card is issued by First Internet Bank of Indiana pursuant to a license from Visa Inc. Depending on your location and underwriting requirements, credit is provided by CapitalOS, Inc. or CapitalOS Financial Services LLC.

2. The Opal Card is a pay-in-full charge card. Your full statement balance will be automatically debited on each monthly payment due date from your designated bank account or Opal Balance. If payment cannot be successfully processed on the due date, your card may be locked and you will be unable to make new purchases until the balance is fully repaid.

3. Opal may periodically review your business performance to assess eligibility for credit adjustments. If eligible, you may be offered the option to accept a credit increase.
 
4. The Opal Card is issued by First Internet Bank of Indiana. Pursuant to a license from Visa Inc. Card use is limited to supported advertising and media platforms.
